Tragic Keepsake: The Dragon is shown to have kept the Gryphon's earrings after their Heroic Sacrifice.Lichdom: Battlemage will run on PC system with Windows 7 32-bit/64-bit, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and upwards. Superior Successor: Roth tells Dragon that they will succeed where the previous one left off. After coming back as a Demon, Count Shax becomes obsessed with getting revenge on the Dragon for killing him and his children. Roaring Rampage of Revenge: The entire reason the Dragon and the Gryphon agree to fight the cult. Enemies can chew through your health like paper if you're not careful, and nearly every boss requires copious amounts of damage, evasion and precision blocking to survive. In fact, you can see snippets of the previous Dragon in the first area. Legacy Character: There were many Dragons before Dragon. Hero of Another Story: You get to see snippets of the previous Dragon's adventures. Thankfully, the summoned undead automatically drop dead the moment their summoner dies. Enemy Summoner: Banshees, Cultist Witches and undead mages all possess the ability to summon undead minions, ranging from weak skeletons, archers and even to fully armored knights. 
For Want of a Nail: Dragon's determined by whomever Shax decides to screw over. However, once Cavassa dies, Shax is resurrected as a Demon and assumes command of the cult's remaining forces. Shax does die halfway through the game, well before Cavassa. Dragon Their Feet: An interesting variant. 
Shax himself has two Dragons: Captain Rogiro and the Executor.
The Dragon: As the Preceptor of the cult, Count Shax is the cult's second-in-command, answering directly to the Grand Preceptor, King Cavassa. Card-Carrying Villain: The cultists, especially the higher ups, are almost cartoonishly evil. You see this happen firsthand when Roth transfers himself from his original body to the body of the dying Archbishop. 
His true form appears to be a glowing white mouse that is transferred from host to host.
