For Want of a Nail: Dragon's determined by whomever Shax decides to screw over. However, once Cavassa dies, Shax is resurrected as a Demon and assumes command of the cult's remaining forces. Shax does die halfway through the game, well before Cavassa. Dragon Their Feet: An interesting variant.

The Dragon: As the Preceptor of the cult, Count Shax is the cult's second-in-command, answering directly to the Grand Preceptor, King Cavassa.
